INMARK is a team of experienced professionals in marketing. Our company was founded in 2014.

Our ideal client is a company with up to 100 employees that does not have its own marketing department. The promotion of the business is usually handled by the owner or a hired marketer. The overall marketing activity is often poorly structured, with actions being spontaneous and uncoordinated.

We help our clients set clear goals, define their strategy, develop a marketing plan, and select the right tools to achieve their objectives.

Our history

Origins & Motivation

From my early university days studying Management and Business, I knew I wanted to build something of my own. I’ve always been passionate about creating, solving problems, and turning ideas into real results.

Development & Growth

In 2011, I began my career as an account manager at a small advertising agency. The experience gave me valuable insights — and also revealed how much could be improved if marketing were done strategically and transparently.

Beginn

In July 2014, in the midst of the war in Donbas, Ihor Bystrytskyi and Veronika Levchenko founded Inmark in Berdyansk. Our goal was clear: to make marketing for small and medium-sized businesses accessible, effective, and easy to understand.

By 2016, we had expanded to Kyiv. In 2020, during the pandemic, we transitioned fully online – a move that helped us maintain profitability despite a 30% drop in demand.

Today

In 2022, after the start of the full-scale war in Ukraine, our team was split between occupied and free territories. Ihor Bystrytskyi relocated to Germany, and in September 2025, launched a new stage of business there, continuing the same mission – helping small and medium-sized companies grow through clear, practical, and effective marketing.
